When it comes to technology in the classroom, I often feel like a Luddite, resisting the usage of new technology in the classroom. Technology, while growing at an exponential rate, there is always a chance that it will not work properly. I would consider myself fairly technologically literate, but there are still times where internet availability will affect my ability to use it while teaching. Regardless of my views, I am still excited to learn how to use technology in the classroom as a tool and not a substitute.
